High-Performance Carbon-Ceramic Brake Discs for High-Performance Vehicles

DACC Carbon, a subsidiary of CNF, leveraged its expertise in manufacturing carbon brake discs for aircraft to begin developing high-performance carbon-ceramic brake discs for automobiles in 2005. By 2007, DACC Carbon had successfully completed development, becoming the second company in the world to enter the market. Since then, DACC Carbon has continuously improved performance and manufacturing technologies through ongoing research, development, and collaborative projects.

Carbon-ceramic brake discs offer superior durability, wear resistance, heat resistance, and lightweight properties compared to traditional cast iron brake discs. They boast more than four times the lifespan and provide stable braking performance without brake fade even at high temperatures exceeding 500℃.
These high-quality, high-performance carbon-ceramic brake discs are widely used in racing cars, supercars, and other vehicles where braking performance and weight reduction are crucial. Custom orders can accommodate disc sizes with an outer diameter of up to 440mm and a thickness of up to 40T.
